As a shareholder and director of Mwelase Mining (Pty) Ltd, a 100% Black-owned junior mining company, she plays a significant role in shaping the future landscape of South Africa's coal mining industry.

Driven by her entrepreneurial vision, Mali established House of TASK, a luxury interior design and turnkey solutions firm that is recognized for its excellence in delivering African-inspired interiors, 3D modeling, interior styling, space planning, and shopfitting/joinery manufacturing. Under her creative guidance, House of TASK has garnered both national and international accolades for its innovative approach, quality, and design proficiency.

Mali holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Regenesys Business School and a Certificate in Applied Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Wits Plus. She has also completed the Women in Leadership Programme at Wits Business School, further enhancing her ability. Beyond her business endeavors, Mali is deeply dedicated to making a positive social impact Through the Mali Langa Children’s Foundation, she passionately advocates for education, creativity, and social development for young Africans, with a particular focus on empowering young women.
