Reception, Boardroom & Tea Point
The design channels a refined industrial elegance—a balance of warm timber, deep stone textures, and living greenery—to express the brand’s strength with a welcoming, human touch. A layered ceiling with linear, architectural lighting frames the reception, while a sculptural pendant adds a moment of luxury.
The monolithic reception desk pairs charcoal marble-look stone with light oak and a diagonal biophilic ribbon, subtly evoking a mineral vein. The brand mark is edge-lit for a confident first impression.
Behind the desk, alternating planes of ribbed oak, black marble, and illuminated greenery create rhythm and depth. The vertical green panels soften acoustics and bring a biophilic calm, while warm LED reveals highlight texture without glare. Blonde oak LVT flooring grounds the palette in warmth and durability.
The boardroom is intentionally quiet and focused: a graphite work surface with integrated power management, white high-back executive chairs for posture and presence, and a soft, stone-toned carpet for acoustic performance. A dark-edged, recessed linear-light raft traces the table’s geometry, enhancing sightlines to the recessed AV display. Minimal, black-framed glazing maintains transparency while preserving privacy.
In the tea point, handle-less, matte graphite cabinetry and a satin white quartz worktop read crisp and contemporary. A mirrored splashback expands the sense of space and bounces light from under-shelf LEDs, while a black tap and sink tie into the wider contrast story. Stainless appliances and structured black window blinds keep the finish professional; potted ferns and herbs add freshness and brand-consistent biophilia.
Overall, the scheme reflects House of TASK’s signature—opulent yet functional, warm but meticulously detailed—delivering a workplace that feels premium, grounded, and unmistakably on brand.
