Thereafter, the Design Development Stage is initiated, whereby our team meticulously refines your design scheme, enhancing internal layouts and specifying key finishes and materials for custom furniture and shopfitted items. Following this, we initiate the costing process, providing transparent pricing for the installation. This stage involves a collaborative effort with contractors, shopfitters, and manufacturers to ensure a value-driven pricing strategy. Additionally, we develop a comprehensive construction programme – a detailed schedule that guarantees all work is completed on time and within budget, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

After the final design and costing approval, we move into the Implementation and Procurement Coordination Phase. In this phase, we handle all order placements and expedite them on behalf of our clients, closely monitoring our trusted vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery. We also collaborate intimately with contractors and the Furniture, Finishes & Softs (FF&S) supply chain during the on-site execution to ensure a flawless finish.
